Pick-up & Local Delivery Policy
At Barboratory, we make it easy to get your products fast — whether you want to pick up in-store or take advantage of our local same-day delivery service.
In-Store Pickup
- Location: (Insert your pickup address or “Detroit, MI” if preferred)
- Processing Time: Orders are typically ready within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
- You’ll receive an email or text notification once your order is ready for pickup.
- Please bring your order confirmation and valid ID when picking up.
- Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification. Orders not picked up after 7 days may be restocked, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Same-Day Delivery (Local Only)
- Available Monday–Friday, for customers within 20 miles of Detroit, MI.
- Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM local time for same-day delivery eligibility.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.
- You will receive real-time delivery updates and a confirmation once your order has been delivered.

Note: Delivery fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
Delivery Guidelines
- Someone 18 or older must be present to receive the order.
- If no one is available at the delivery address, the driver will contact you once. After that, the order will return to our pickup location.
- A second delivery attempt can be scheduled for an additional $5.00.
Combined Orders
If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, we will notify you when the full order is ready for pickup or delivery.
