At Barboratory, we take pride in providing quality products and trusted service to barbers and professionals nationwide. Please review our Sales & Refund Policy below before completing your purchase.
All Sales Are Final
All sales are considered final once an order is placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including buyer’s remorse or product dissatisfaction.
Unauthorized Returns
Unauthorized returns sent without approval may incur a restocking fee of up to 45% of the purchase price. This fee covers handling, inspection, and repackaging costs.
Order Cancellations
If your order has not yet been packaged, you may request a cancellation for store credit only. Once packaging begins or a shipping label is created, the order can no longer be canceled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@barboratory.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued under special circumstances, such as approved cancellations or errors made by Barboratory. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit at our discretion.
